On June 17, 2015, the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission (PHMC), under the leadership of Chairman, Andrew Masrich, and Executive Director, James Vaughn, announced that the DFCLT was approved for a Keystone Historic Preservation Grant in the amount of $25,000.00. The grant will help fund a historic structures report (HSR) on the Dennis farmhouse, which is required in order to begin the restoration process of the nineteenth century structure.
