French television producer, Anne Sedes, of ARTE, the European cultural channel, interviews Denise Dennis for the series, “Invitation au voyage.”

In June, the European Cultural Channel, ARTE, which is the equivalent of the United States’ PBS, interviewed DFCLT President, Denise Dennis, for their series Invitation au voyage.  ARTE producer Anne Sedes, interviewed Denise in Philadelphia’s historic district, including the Museum of the American Revolution.  Because she is the descendent of an African American family that was free and living in Pennsylvania when John Adams and Thomas Jefferson were inaugurated President and Vice President of the United States, in Philadelphia, Denise was asked to talk about free African Americans in Pennsylvania during that era. The program is broadcast in France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Belgium.
